VACANCY: ADMITTED ATTORNEY (1–2 YEARS POST-QUALIFICATION EXPERIENCE)

We are seeking a dynamic and driven Admitted Attorney with 1–2 years’ post-qualification experience to join our growing practice.

Key Requirements:

• Admitted Attorney with 1–2 years PQE
• Sound knowledge of Estates
• Basic knowledge of Conveyancing
• Extensive experience in:
  • Debt Review
  • Debt Collection and Recoveries
  • Family Law (including divorces, children’s court and domestic violence matters)
  • Criminal Law (opposed and unopposed bail applications, trials, etc.)
• Strong general practice management skills, including:
  • Bookkeeping
  • Experience with bookkeeping and litigation software/programmes
• Willingness to travel when required

• Ability to work independently and under pressure
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Attention to detail and problem-solving ability

Remuneration:
R15 000 – R18 000 per month (depending on experience)
